Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
A: Yes, just make sure you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q: Do you accept returns and exchanges?
A: Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on all items, except customized items, and as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was received and customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We recommend using a service that offers tracking information to ensure the return is properly documented.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
A: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item to make it right.

Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: Our products ship mainly from the US and China.

Q: How long will it take for my product to arrive? 
A: Your package should arrive within 7 to 10 days after the order is placed.

Q: My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
A: To reduce carbon footprint, we recommend that you please first check with your roommates and neighbors to see if they have your package. Check around your house as well. If you haven't received it by day 3 since it was marked as delivered, please contact us and we'll tackle the issue!

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we only ship in the US, however, we plan on shipping internationally soon!
